Role Overview: As a Senior Social Media Executive, you will be a crucial team player responsible for creating original digital content across various social media platforms. Your hard work and dedication will play a critical role in aligning social media strategies with business goals and ensuring brand consistency. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences. - Design and implement social media strategies to meet business objectives. - Establish specific objectives and provide reports on ROI. - Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily, including original text, photos, videos, and news. - Collaborate with other teams such as marketing, sales, and customer service to maintain brand consistency. - Interact with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews. - Supervise the design of social media accounts, including Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout. - Propose and execute new features to enhance brand awareness through promotions and competitions. - Stay updated on the latest technologies, trends in social media, design tools, and applications. Qualifications: - Proven work experience in a social media Consultant/Executive role. - Hands-on experience in content management. - Strong copywriting skills. - Ability to coordinate for creative content including text, image, and video. - Excellent communication skills. - Analytical and multitasking abilities.
