Description
Key Responsibilities: Create, schedule, and manage daily posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms. Build brand awareness by ensuring an active, engaging, and consistent online presence. Coordinate with internal departments to create content for achievements, employee highlights, client success, festive events, etc. Monitor performance metrics (likes, shares, reach, followers) and optimize content strategy accordingly. Respond promptly to comments, messages, and queries on social media handles. Stay updated with trends, reels, and social media algorithms to improve visibility and engagement. Use tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite for planning and execution. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Design, or related field. Proven experience managing business social media accounts. Creative thinking and eye for clean design and appealing content. Familiarity with design tools (Canva/Photoshop), scheduling tools, and platform analytics. Knowledge of trends in the professional and B2B space, especially on LinkedIn.
