You will be responsible for content creation and curation by developing and implementing social media strategies that align with overall marketing goals. Your tasks will include creating engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored to different platforms and audiences, as well as curating relevant content from other sources to share on social media. Additionally, you will be optimizing content for various platforms to ensure brand consistency. In the realm of social media management, you will be managing social media accounts by handling tasks such as posting, scheduling, and monitoring content. You will utilize social media management tools to schedule posts and track performance, engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, and foster a positive community. Your role will also involve monitoring social media trends and staying updated on best practices. You will be responsible for performance analysis and reporting by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like engagement, reach, and website traffic. Analyzing social media data to identify trends and insights will be part of your routine, as well as generating reports on social media performance and providing recommendations for improvement. Collaboration and communication are essential aspects of this role, requiring you to work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency. You will also need to communicate with other departments as necessary to support social media initiatives and collaborate with videographers and multimedia designers to create engaging content.
