What You’ll Do: Manage and grow our social media channels with engaging, on-brand content Monitor and respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across platforms Handle customer support interactions with empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving skills Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social campaigns and promotions Analyze social media metrics to optimize content and improve engagement Assist with digital marketing tasks such as email campaigns, paid ads, and SEO (a big plus!). Lead generations and assigning the leads to the right person. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience managing social media accounts professionally Strong skills in customer support and community engagement online and through phone.
