Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Capture high-quality photos and videos of products, behind-the-scenes, styling tips, and customer moments in-store.
• Editing: Edit engaging reels, stories, and posts using tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar.
• Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and post content across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Community Engagement: Respond to DMs, comments, and engage with followers to grow our online community.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with current fashion and social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Campaigns & Collaborations: Assist in influencer outreach, promotions, and social media campaigns to drive footfall and online sales.
• Analytics: Track performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and reach.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts, especially for fashion or retail brands.
• Strong photography and video skills (smartphone-based or camera).
• Creative mindset with attention to aesthetic and brand tone.
• Familiar with social media tools and apps for editing and scheduling.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Passion for fashion and understanding of boutique-style branding.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of social media or content creation experience.
• Basic graphic design skills (bonus).
• Familiarity with paid ads or boosting posts (bonus).
