Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Create and oversee content calendars, ensuring consistent posting and brand voice
Collaborate with the design and content teams for creatives, videos, and campaigns
Manage paid social media campaigns and monitor their performanceRespond to messages, comments, and community engagement promptly
Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 2 years of experience in social media management
Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and trends
Experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
Creative mindset with excellent written and visual communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
