JOB DESCRIPTION Social Media Executive Experience: 1-2 years Location: Bengaluru Employment Type: Full-time Work From Office - 5 days/week THE ROLE We need someone who lives and breathes social media. You'll shoot, edit, and post content daily - on your phone, on camera, and on top of every trend before it peaks. WHAT YOU'LL DO Create daily content: Shoot and edit Reels, Stories on your phone Be on camera: Comfortable, natural, camera-friendly presence Catch trends early: Spot what's blowing up and execute it fast Analyze performance: Read insights, optimize content, and adapt strategy Move fast: Idea to post in hours YOU MUST HAVE 1-2 years creating Instagram/YouTube content (share your work/handle) Strong phone shooting and mobile editing skills (VN, InShot, etc.) Deep understanding of Instagram algorithm, Reels strategy, and YouTube basics Comfortable being on-camera talent Data-driven approach - you check insights, not just likes Chronically online - you spot trends before they're trends BONUS POINTS Active personal social media with decent engagement Experience with brand accounts (not just personal content) Basic design skills (Canva, etc.) You naturally think in content hooks and scroll-stoppers THE VIBE CHECK If you: Scroll Instagram at 2 AM analyzing what works Know which trending audio is overused vs fresh Think in 3-second hooks and scroll-stops
