About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate Social Media Executive to handle day-to-day posting, community engagement, and campaign management across all platforms. The ideal candidate understands both organic and paid social media, knows how to work with AI tools, and keeps up with the latest digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule daily posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.
• Plan monthly content calendars and ensure on-time publishing.
• Boost organic reach using trending strategies and tools.
• Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Use AI-powered tools to improve content and workflow efficiency.
• Track analytics, performance metrics, and prepare campaign reports.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and paid ad tools.
• Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, etc.).
• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn fast.
• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT , Gemini or Jasper is a plus.
