Job Summary:

Digital ORRA is looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Executive to manage our presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more. Your role will involve building the brand's online presence, creating engaging content, and connecting with the audience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Daily posting and content planning across all social media platforms
• Creating or coordinating the creation of reels, stories, and graphics (using Caneva or basic Adobe tools)
• Responding to comments and direct messages in a timely manner
• Understanding and managing basic paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads preferred)
• Having a good sense of hashtags, trends, and viral content formats
• Preparing weekly performance reports and sharing with the team
• Collaborating with designers and content writers
• Participating in brainstorming sessions with the marketing team

Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience with social media (personal or business-level)
• Knowledge of tools like Canva, InShot, CapCut, etc.
• Basic knowledge of Facebook & Instagram Ad Manager
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Creative thinking and the ability to catch trends quickly

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any field (Marketing or Mass Communication preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience (Internships also accepted if skills are strong)
• Must have a passion for social media and creativity
