Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, create, and manage social media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.

* Set up, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) for best performance.

* Develop engaging content calendars, creatives, and captions aligned with the brand’s tone.

* Track campaign analytics, prepare performance reports, and suggest data-backed improvements.

* Collaborate with the design and content teams for creatives, videos, and ad materials.

* Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, tools, and digital marketing trends.

Requirements:

* 1–3 years of proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.

* Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and understanding of ad metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.).

* Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads is a plus.

* Proficiency in using analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).

* Excellent communication skills and creativity in content thinking.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
