About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, camera-friendly Social Media Executive who lives and breathes content! Someone who can not only manage and grow our social channels but also design, edit, and appear on camera to create thumb-stopping content.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

- Manage and grow brand presence across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

- Plan monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals.

- Monitor analytics and optimise content for reach, engagement, and conversions.

- Stay updated with the latest trends, formats, and algorithm changes.

Content Creation & Execution:

- Ideate and curate highly engaging Reels/Shorts with strong storytelling.

- Write catchy captions, hooks, and scripts for daily content.

- Conceptualise and execute brand-focused campaigns and collabs.

Design & Editing (Canva):

- Create visually appealing graphics, carousels, thumbnails, and posts using Canva.

- Edit reels and short-form videos with clean transitions and engaging visual style.

On-Camera Presence:

- Be comfortable and confident appearing in front of the camera for reels, stories, and content pieces.

- Present ideas, tips, travel insights, and brand messaging in a relatable style.

Skills & Requirements:

- Proven experience in managing and growing social media pages.

- Hands-on skills in Canva (design + video editing).

- Strong understanding of Reels/Shorts trends, audio selection, and editing patterns.

- Excellent communication and creative thinking abilities.

- Comfortable being featured on camera.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Bonus: Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Analytics).
