What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Plan, create, and publish high-impact content across social media platforms.
• Develop monthly content calendars and campaign strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive storytelling
• Stay ahead of social trends, updates, and cultural moments — and translate them into brand-relevant content
• Engage with followers, build community, and monitor online conversations
• Track analytics, prepare performance reports, and suggest data-backed improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience behavior, and current trends
• Excellent written communication with a sharp, engaging tone.
• Ability to think creatively while staying on-brand
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or scheduling platforms (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite)
• Good knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics
• Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Bonus Points If You:

• Have grown or managed a social account (personal or professional)
• Understand paid social and audience targeting
• Have experience with UGC, influencer outreach, or community management
• Know how to make a 15-second video that gets shared and rewatched
