About the Role:

We are seeking a

creative and proactive Social Media Executive

with

1-3 years of experience

to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for

managing and growing our brand presence across social media platforms

by creating engaging content, executing social campaigns, and building meaningful audience interactions.

You ll collaborate closely with

content, design, and marketing teams

to ensure social media efforts

align with overall business objectives

. A strong understanding of

social media trends, analytics tools, and community management

is essential, along with the ability to adapt quickly to changing platforms and audience behaviours.
This is a

hands-on role

that blends creativity with strategy, directly contributing to

brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation

through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies

    across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content

    (posts, stories, videos) aligned with the brand voice.
  • Manage community engagement

    by responding to comments, messages, and building relationships.
  • Plan and oversee influencer marketing campaigns

    to boost brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and PR teams

    to ensure brand consistency.
  • Monitor social media metrics and generate performance reports

    with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and platform changes.

  • Conduct competitor and industry analysis

    to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize social media channels for maximum reach and engagement.

  • Coordinate with agencies and external partners

    for campaign support.

Ideal Profile:

  • 1-3 years of experience

    managing social media platforms and campaigns
  • Strong understanding of

    social media trends, tools, and algorithms

  • Proven skills in

    content creation, community management, and influencer collaboration

  • Proficient with

    social media management and analytics tools

    (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics)
  • Excellent

    written and verbal communication skills

  • Creative mindset with a passion for

    storytelling and audience engagement

  • Ability to

    work independently and manage multiple projects

    under deadlines
  • Strong

    team player

    with good collaboration skills
  • Bachelor s degree in

    Marketing, Communications, or related field

    preferred
  • Certifications in

    Digital Marketing or Social Media

    are a plus
  • Good to know skill, if the candidate has worked on email automations and on tools like Apollo.io , Klenty, SendGrid, etc.
