  • Track and report performance of posts and campaigns.
  • Do SEO work like keyword research and content optimization.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Jr. Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, hands-on experience in creating print and digital materials like brochures, flyers, hoardings, standees, and social media creatives, along with a good understanding of print-ready files. Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics (Premiere Pro & After Effects) will be a plus. This role requires creativity, technical proficiency, and the ability to deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.


Responsibilities

  • Design creative materials for brochures, flyers, hoardings, standees, and social media posts.
  • Develop digital and print-ready files as per requirements.
  • Work with the marketing team to create eye-catching visuals and campaigns.
  • Adapt designs for different formats and platforms.
  • Edit basic videos and animations (if required) using Premiere Pro/After Effects.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all designs.


Skills Required

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW.
  • Knowledge of Premiere Pro & After Effects will be an added advantage.
  • Strong sense of design, color, typography, and layout.
  • Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
