Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories)
• Plan monthly social media content calendars
• Monitor comments, messages, and engage with the audience
• Track social media performance and prepare basic reports
• Coordinate with design and marketing teams for campaigns
• Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates
• Handle brand communication in a professional manner

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in social media management
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools
• Good communication and content-writing skills
• Basic understanding of analytics and insights
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience with paid social media ads
• Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop)
• Video editing basics for reels/short videos
