As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence, improve our marketing and sales efforts. Key Responsibilities: Acquire new customers through inbound calls, outbound calling, or email. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Communicate with team members and customers using a variety of multimedia resources.
