Face Palette, one of Kerala’s leading makeup academies, is looking for a Social Media Co-Creator

What You’ll Do:

• Create engaging and impactful beauty content that aligns with our brand voice and business goals.
• Manage day-to-day activities on selected social media channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align posts with campaigns, promotions, and launches.
• Track content trends and industry news to keep our brand relevant.
• Engage with our online community: respond to enquiries, participate in conversations, and represent Face Palette authentically.
• Monitor analytics, measure performance, and suggest improvements.
• Support additional marketing activities and special events when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 1 year of proven experience in creative content creation.
• Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail.
• A social media enthusiast who loves beauty and keeps up with the latest trends.
• Passion for photography and visual storytelling.
• Proactive, multitasking, and adaptable under pressure.
• Ready to respond in real-time to online conversations and unpredictable situations.
