Social Media & Content Manager - Fashion

Color Capital is building the next big thing in fashion retail.

We’re looking for a creative leader to define how the brand looks, feels, and speaks — from fashion curation and design direction to content, campaigns, and social. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll shape the brand from the ground up and eventually lead a growing creative team as we scale.

What you’ll do:

• Define and evolve the Color Capital aesthetic through fashion design and trend curation
• Lead shoots, campaigns, and brand storytelling end-to-end
• Build and own social media & content strategy across platforms
• Drive the visual identity across every touchpoint, digital and offline
• Hustle in the trenches now, and build + lead a creative team as we grow
• Collaborate with product, growth, and operations to ensure creativity drives business results
