As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a results-oriented social media content strategy that aligns with our company's brand and business objectives. Your role will involve creating original and engaging content for various platforms, including posts, reels, stories, and short videos. You should have a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, best practices, and lead generation techniques. Utilizing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software, you will design visual content to captivate our audience. Crafting compelling captions and platform-specific copy will be essential to drive maximum engagement and conversion rates. Managing content calendars, post schedules, and staying updated on trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes are crucial for maintaining consistency and adapting the content strategy accordingly. Your responsibilities will also include full community management, which involves responding to messages, engaging with followers, and enhancing brand visibility. Planning and executing paid campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads, monitoring budgets, and tracking ROI are integral parts of the role. You will be expected to drive lead generation and conversions through strategic content creation and CTA optimization. Tracking and reporting performance metrics using analytics tools such as Meta Insights and Google Analytics will be necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of your efforts. Optimizing content and profiles for SEO and search visibility is essential for increasing followers, customer engagement, lead generation, and online reputation. To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or Certification in Digital Marketing, along with a minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience in social media content creation. Proficiency in content design and video editing tools, as well as experience with SEO, Meta Ads, and Google Ads, are required skills for this role. As a self-motivated individual, you must be able to work independently, meet deadlines, manage multiple platforms and campaigns effectively.
