SmartTask.io is an online work management software that helps agencies track, manage, and streamline their processes.

• Work closely with the Founder as a content thinking and execution partner
• Turn founder ideas, voice notes, raw videos, and rough thoughts into high-quality content
• Create short-form and long-form content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
• Repurpose one idea into multiple formats like reels, carousels, posts, threads, and scripts
• Own the end-to-end content workflow from ideation to publishing
• Experiment with content formats, hooks, and storytelling styles to improve reach and engagement
• Study what works in the SaaS, startup, and agency space and adapt it creatively
• Gradually take ownership of SmartTask’s content presence and creator-led growth initiatives

• Be creators themselves with an active or past content channel
• Enjoy building an audience and experimenting with content
• Have strong written and visual storytelling skills
• Be biased toward action and comfortable figuring things out independently
• Be curious about startups, SaaS, and how products grow through content
• Be comfortable working directly with a Founder and moving fast

• College student, fresher, or someone right out of college with a creator mindset
• Hands-on experience creating content for social platforms
• Strong understanding of attention, hooks, and engagement
• Ability to take vague ideas and turn them into publish-ready content
• Long-term mindset and willingness to grow with the company
