SmartTask.io is an online work management software that helps Agencies track and manage their processes.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a thinking and execution partner to the founder
• Gradually take ownership of defined marketing areas
• Help create and repurpose content across LinkedIn, YouTube, email, landing pages, and communities
• Turn founder ideas, videos, and raw notes into structured posts, threads, scripts, and newsletters
• Manage content calendars and ensure consistent publishing
• Assist in planning and executing GTM experiments (waitlists, lead magnets, templates, webinars, partnerships)
• Coordinate with designers or no-code tools to ship pages quickly
• Research competitors, communities, and trends in the agency and SaaS space

Ideal Candidates Will:

• Enjoy building businesses from the ground up.
• Strong written communication and clarity of thought
• Bias toward action, comfortable with ambiguity
• Ability to break vague ideas into executable tasks
• Curious about SaaS, startups, and how products are marketed
• Comfortable working directly with a founder

Required Experience and Skills:

• Early-career generalist, MBA / B-school grad, or startup operator
• Someone who wants responsibility, not just instructions
