Internship Overview:

Social Media Content Creator

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, script, shoot, and edit 

  short-form video content

   

  (Reels, Shorts, Stories, etc.)

   aligned with brand voice and objectives.
• Develop creative concepts, ideas, and trends for 

  viral-worthy content

  .
• Collaborate with marketing team to align content with campaigns, product launches, and brand messaging.
• Ensure content is optimized for each platform (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Stay updated with 

  social media trends, memes, sounds, and editing styles

   to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized engaging clips.
• Manage content calendars, schedule posts, and monitor performance analytics.
• Experiment with new formats, storytelling techniques, and editing tools to maximize engagement.
• Engage with community through comments, DMs, and interactive features (polls, Q&A, etc.).

Requirements:

• Exposure in 

  content creation, video editing, or social media marketing

  .
• Strong skills in 

  shooting, editing, and post-production

   (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, After Effects, Canva, etc.).
• Strong storytelling, creative thinking, and copywriting skills.
• Comfortable being on camera and/or directing talent for shoots.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience with influencer marketing or UGC (User-Generated Content) collaborations.
• Graphic design skills for thumbnails, covers, and social media creatives.
• Familiarity with paid advertising formats and A/B testing content.
• Photography skills for lifestyle/product shoots.
