Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Salem for a Social Media Content Creator. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing and executing social media content strategies, creating engaging posts, managing social media platforms, and conducting audience research. This role involves daily monitoring of social media trends, analyzing performance metrics, collaborating with the marketing team, and engaging with the online community to enhance the company's online presence and drive brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Audience Engagement skills
• Experience in developing and executing social media content strategies
• Analytical skills to track performance metrics and optimize content
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of social media trends and digital marketing
• Experience or Interest in tourism industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
