Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Content creation and curation: Develop and produce written posts, images, and videos, and curate relevant content from other sources.
  • Strategy and planning: Create content calendars, develop overarching brand strategies, and run social media campaigns.
  • Audience engagement: Respond to comments and messages, foster conversations, and build brand loyalty.
  • Performance analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like engagement, reach, and conversions to measure effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Brand management: Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and handle negative feedback professionally.

Essential skills

  • Technical skills: Copywriting, graphic design, video production, and proficiency with social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprinklr).
  • Strategic thinking: Ability to create a social media strategy and align it with business goals.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to interpret data and use it to improve performance.
  • Soft skills: Strong communication, adaptability, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
