Social Media & Canva Design Executive

About the Role

We’re building two fast-growing brands — WedZway (The World’s First Destination Wedding Platform) and MentorDots (a next-gen Digital Marketing Agency) — and we’re looking for a creative mind who can turn ideas into visually engaging stories.
If you live and breathe design, reels, and trends — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Design engaging posts, stories, and reels using Canva and brand templates.
• Manage and schedule content calendars for WedZway (wedding industry) and MentorDots (marketing & business).
• Collaborate with the content strategist and video editor to maintain brand consistency.
• Repurpose existing assets (photos, testimonials, videos) into social-first content.
• Research and apply trending styles, fonts, and transitions to keep our content fresh.
• Assist in campaign ideation and influencer collaborations.
• Track post performance and suggest creative improvements.

Who We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in social media design / Canva / content creation.
• Strong design sense — clean, aesthetic, and trend-aware.
• Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube & Reels formats.
• Organized and proactive with the ability to multitask across two brands.
• Passion for branding, storytelling, and startups.
