Key Roles and Responsibilities:1. Podcast and Interview Video Editing

• Edit long-form podcast videos and short interview-style content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and other social media.
• Sync audio and video, remove unwanted sections, and enhance clarity and flow.
• Add captions, titles, and dynamic transitions to make the content visually engaging.
• Ensure seamless pacing and storytelling to captivate the audience.

2. Reels and Social Media Content

• Create short, engaging reels optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Incorporate trending effects, music, and sound design to align with platform trends.
• Ensure vertical format optimization and export in platform-specific resolutions.

3. Motion Graphics

• Design and integrate dynamic motion graphics such as animated text, lower thirds, intros, and outros.
• Develop custom graphics to highlight key moments or information in videos.
• Work on logo animations and brand elements to maintain consistent visual identity.

4. Color Correction and Grading

• Perform color correction to ensure balanced visuals across all videos.
• Apply creative color grading to match the mood and tone of the content.

5. Creative Input

• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute visually compelling content.
• Provide innovative ideas to enhance storytelling and engagement across all formats.
• Stay updated with the latest editing techniques, tools, and platform trends.

6. Quality Assurance and Timely Delivery

• Review and finalize edits to ensure high-quality output free of errors or inconsistencies.
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously with effective time management.

7. File Management

• Organize project files and maintain an efficient workflow for ease of collaboration and revision.
• Ensure proper backups and archives of all media assets.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Expertise in motion graphics tools such as Adobe After Effects.
• Strong understanding of color grading and correction techniques.
• Familiarity with audio editing and mixing tools.
• Creative storytelling and ability to think visually.
• Knowledge of various video formats, codecs, and optimization for social platforms.
• Ability to adapt to tight deadlines and fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in video editing and motion graphics.
• Experience with podcast editing or social media content creation.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube trends.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in podcast editing, motion graphics, and reels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹26,000.00 per month
