Key Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Visual Design & Branding Design high-quality graphics for digital platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and websites. Create consistent visual identities across brand touchpoints—logos, typography, layouts, and brand kits. Develop compelling static creatives, banners, carousels, and thumbnails that drive engagement. Ensure all designs align with brand aesthetics and campaign messaging. 2. Motion Graphics & Animation Create dynamic animations, explainer videos, intros/outros, lower thirds, and animated infographics. Develop visually engaging transitions and effects to elevate static visuals and video content. Animate brand elements like logos, icons, and typography in line with campaign objectives. 3. Reels and Social Content Support Design animated posts, IG Stories, and Reels intros optimized for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). Translate trends and storytelling ideas into visually exciting animated social content. Collaborate with video editors and content creators to enhance short-form videos with motion design elements. 4. Collaboration and Creative Ideation Work closely with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm campaign concepts and visuals. Translate briefs into fresh, innovative designs with a strong focus on storytelling and impact. Contribute to campaign planning with visual ideas, mood boards, and storyboards. 5. File Management and Delivery Maintain organized design files and versioning across multiple campaigns and platforms. Ensure timely delivery of assets across formats and resolutions suitable for each platform. Create templates for reusable design assets to improve turnaround time and scalability. Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (mandatory). Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both graphic and motion design. Ability to translate brand language into strong visual narratives. Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and composition. Knowledge of social platform best practices and design specifications. Strong communication and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
