Job Description

day to day operations of multiple social media presences

Your work will span daily publishing and community management, weekly performance audits, and the structured creation of additional brand accounts to extend local and regional reach.

What Youll Do

  • Daily account management:

    Plan, draft, schedule, and publish posts across core platforms; maintain brand voice and visual standards; monitor comments and messages; escalate issues appropriately.
  • Weekly performance audits:

    Deliver concise reports on campaign results and page health (reach, engagement, CTR, follower growth, top content, sentiment) with clear recommendations and next steps.
  • Account buildouts:

    Create and maintain new brand handles for

    local markets, fan communities, and regional pages

    , ensuring proper naming, bios, security, and handoff documentation.
  • Content operations:

    Maintain content calendars; track approvals; organize assets; ensure ontime delivery and platformnative formatting.
  • Quality control:

    Proofread every asset, verify links, check UTMs, and confirm that images meet platform specs before publishing.
  • Brand safety:

    Monitor mentions and flag risks quickly; apply community guidelines consistently.
  • Collaboration:

    Work with design, marketing, and reputation teams to align campaigns and messaging.

What Youll Bring

    You execute the plan, hit the deadline, and keep standards highevery day.
  2. Excellent command of English.

    You write in complete, clear sentences and are

    not reliant on ChatGPT

    or other AI tools to produce copy.
  3. Photoshop proficiency.

    Comfortable editing images, applying templates, adding text overlays, and preparing files to spec.
  4. Foundation or experience.

    Either

    1+ year in social media management

    or a strong academic record that demonstrates you can learn quickly and deliver consistently.
  5. Platform literacy.

    Working knowledge of Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn (and others as needed), plus scheduling and basic analytics dashboards (e.g., Meta Business Suite).
  6. Detail obsession.

    You catch typos, broken links, missing alt text, and offbrand visuals before the internet does.

Nice to Have (At least understand it when before you apply)

  • Basic video editing (Reels/Shorts), simple motion graphics, or Canva template management
  • Familiarity with UTMs and traffic/source reporting in Google Analytics
  • Experience coordinating high-profile accounts and pages
