Key Responsibilities

• Daily platform presence: Write 3–5 quality posts/comments daily across Reddit and Quora, and ensure that there is actual discussion about hair loss-related topics that have real value for the users. We want to provide information first and ensure that any myths or misconceptions are answered before they turn harmful for users.
• Thread surfing & discovery: Find conversations where Traya should show up - not as a brand, but as a helpful voice that knows what it’s talking about.
• Coordination with writers & ORB lead: Flag trending queries, feedback loops, or comment themes that should be turned into content. Help us build better blogs that are actually helpful and answer real queries based on what people are saying.
• Avoid spam, build credibility: Respect community rules. Build karma. You’re here to build trust, and not spam or sell.
