Designation : Social Media and Relationship Manager

Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Relationship Manager to enhance our digital presence on social media platforms and foster stronger relationships within our school community, particularly with our parents and affiliates. The role also demands studying the digital platforms of our competitors' schools, understanding their strategies, and assessing the impact of their platforms. Basic inputs to devise a mechanism for the social media policy of our school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy, Analytics & Reporting: Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow and maintain the school’s digital presence and engagement. Covering school events, both virtually and in person, to boost visibility and involvement.
• Content Capturing and platform management: Capture engaging, high-quality content (text, image, and video) tailored to different social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn.
• Relationship and Community Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with students, parents, faculty, staff , and alumni through online and o line initiatives.

Educational Qualifications :

Master’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations.

Experience and Skills:

• A passion for education and alignment with the school’s mission and values.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding and experience with major social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Content capturing (photo, video, and graphics) and basic editing tools.
• Ability to write press notes for print and digital media.
• Proficiency to read, write and speak in English, Hindi and Punjabi will be an added advantage.
