Social Media and Creative Intern

About the Role

What You’ll Do

Content Creation & Reels

• Ideate and shoot 

  Instagram Reels

   and short-form videos (you’ll frequently be 

  in front of the camera

  ).
• Act as the 

  face of the brand

   in selected content pieces (product explainers, fun trends, challenges, BTS, etc.).
• Help script, storyboard, and plan content around campaigns, launches, and daily posts.

Social Media Management

• Assist in 

  managing Instagram

   and other social handles (if applicable: Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Help with 

  posting, captions, hashtags, and basic scheduling

  .
• Track trending 

  audio, formats, and challenges

   and adapt them to our brand.

Design & Creative Support

• Support in creating 

  basic creatives

   for stories, posts, and campaigns (using Canva / similar tools).
• Coordinate with the design/marketing team for campaigns, photoshoots, and collaborations.

Community & Engagement

• Engage with followers via 

  comments, DMs, and story replies

  .
• Help in running 

  giveaways, contests, polls, and Q&As

  .

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

• Are 

  comfortable and confident on camera

   (this is non-negotiable).
• Love making 

  Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts

  , or similar content.
• Have a basic understanding of 

  Instagram trends, memes, and pop culture

  .
• Can shoot decent videos using a 

  smartphone

   and have a good sense of framing & aesthetics.
• Have 

  basic editing skills

   (InShot, CapCut, VN, Reels editor, etc.).
• Have strong 

  communication skills

   and a fun, creative mindset.
• Are proactive, open to feedback, and excited to experiment.

Bonus Points If You:

• Have your 

  own Instagram/Reel portfolio

   or sample content to share.
• Know tools like 

  Canva, Figma, CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut

  .
• Have experience managing a 

  brand page, college fest page, or personal creator profile

  .
