Job Title: Social Media Admin (Growth Specialist)

About the Role

Social Media Admin

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and post content across social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Develop strategies to
grow subscribers, followers, and engagement
organically and through campaigns.
Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and queries.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-performing educational content.
Track analytics and prepare regular reports on channel performance.
Research trends, hashtags, and content ideas relevant to the education niche.
Manage community interactions to build loyalty and engagement.
Ensure content is localized and culturally relevant for different languages/audiences.

Requirements

Proven experience in managing and growing social media accounts (education niche preferred).
Strong understanding of algorithms and engagement strategies for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
Ability to work with
Telugu / Tamil / Hindi / Kannada / Marathi
(multilingual knowledge is a plus).
Basic knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and content optimization.
Familiarity with analytics tools (YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience running social media campaigns.
Understanding of education content trends and student engagement strategies.
Ability to work with video editors, graphic designers, and presenters for seamless content flow.
