* Lead, mentor, and manage SOC teams (L1, L2, SMEs) ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
* Oversee day-to-day SOC operations: monitoring, threat detection, incident investigation & response.
* Develop and enforce SOC playbooks, processes, and escalation protocols.
* Ensure compliance with security standards & certifications (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
* Drive deployment, integration, and optimization of SIEM, SOAR, and XDR platforms.
* Research emerging security tools and implement process automation for efficiency.
* Act as primary contact for clients — present reports, handle escalations, and provide tailored solutions.
* Collaborate with leadership on *commercial aspects*: cost optimization, vendor evaluation, proposals, and client retention strategies.

What We’re Looking For
* 5-8 years of overall cybersecurity experience, with strong SOC background.
* At least 3–5 years in a leadership role managing SOC operations.
* Hands-on expertise in SIEM, SOAR, XDR, and threat intelligence tools.
* Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
* Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with clients and stakeholders.
* Ability to balance *technical excellence with business and commercial priorities*.
Preferred Certifications
* CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, CEH, or equivalent.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
