Job Description

Role : SOC Shift Lead - L3

Experience : 7-10 years

Work Location : Mumbai & Bangalore

Working Hrs + day : 24 X7

Preferred certification (Not Mandated, not a reason for rejection) : CEH , ITIL

JD:

Conduct comprehensive analysis on SIEM Alerts escalated by Sr Engineers
Correlate data from multiple log sources for comprehensive threat understanding.
Work as a shift lead to ensure handovers, delegation of tasks is done appropriately without any gaps.
To actively engage in Use case Fine tuning (Production + Testing)
Use case reconciliation- Recommendations to be provided based on BAU activities to enhance use cases in production.
Collaborative Playbook Design Workshops: Participate in workshops with the SOAR team to provide playbook recommendations, scenario-based testing.
Discuss the automation requirements with developers in requirement gathering sessions.
