SOC Executive

Role Overview: As a SOC Executive, your main responsibility will be to monitor the physical assets across the country for a site. You will be required to analyze the issues reported, identify problem areas, and work with team members to enhance the quality of service and prevent future issues. It is vital that you meet the SLA requirements by closing the issues within the specified SLA. In case of problems that cannot be resolved within your scope as a SOC Executive, you should escalate the events/incidents to the 2nd level team on time. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze the issues reported and identify problem areas - Work with team members to enhance the quality of service - Prevent future issues by devising solutions - Meet SLA requirements by closing the issues within the specified SLA - Escalate events/incidents to the 2nd level team when necessary - Handle faults and escalate by responding to and fixing issues within the SLA - Carry out event and incident localization/resolution/escalation as per given instructions - Be willing to work in rotational shifts without hesitation - Contribute as a team member by performing other duties as assigned by Management Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Previous experience in a similar role preferred - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to learn and adapt to changing requirements Company Details: (Please note that there are no additional details of the company provided in the job description),
