SOC Executive

As a Security Operations Center (SOC) Executive, you will be responsible for monitoring physical assets across the country for a specific site. Your primary role will involve analyzing reported issues, identifying problem areas, and collaborating with team members to improve service quality and prevent future incidents. It will be your duty to ensure that all issues are resolved within the specified Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements. In cases where the problems exceed the scope of a SOC Executive, you will be expected to escalate events or incidents to the 2nd level team promptly. Additionally, you will be responsible for fault handling, which includes identifying, responding to, and resolving issues on-site within the SLA. Your role will also involve carrying out event and incident localization, resolution, and escalation based on provided instructions. As part of the position, you must be willing to work in rotational shifts as required without any hesitation. Furthermore, you will contribute to the team effort by performing any other duties assigned by the management. Your flexibility and proactive approach will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the Security Operations Center and meeting service quality standards.,
