- The SOC Analyst/Operator will manage day-to-day operations of the SOC, focusing on monitoring alarms and responding to incidents. Additionally, the role involves conducting risk assessments and preparing risk advisories.
Monitor alarms for general, restricted, and critical doors, as well as related devices.
Timely escalation and follow-up of actual and false alarms via emails and phone calls as needed. Review CCTV live feeds and recordings, ensuring clarity and proper angles; update trackers and escalate issues to the technical team. Monitor adverse events and incidents in India, ensuring prompt escalation to Security Managers. Manage emails and calls related to access control, including card printing, issuance, and induction for employees.
Maintain inventory of access cards, reconcile temporary cards, and manage the printing and issuance of ID cards. Keep records for access card forms and temporary card forms, providing weekly reports for audit checks. Support on-ground security with access-related queries. Assist with administrative tasks as assigned by Global Security management. Conduct risk assessments and prepare risk advisories to inform decision-making.
Qualifications Skills (Required)
Minimum qualification of a bachelor s degree in any field; a background in commerce is preferred. Well-organized with strong multitasking abilities. Excellent observation skills and ability to perform under pressure. Proficient computer skills. Fluent in verbal and written English; candidates from English medium backgrounds are preferred.
