Job Description

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to support our team driving continuous improvement in security operations, threat detection, and incident response. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SIEM tools, incident handling, and network/infrastructure security, along with a passion for mentoring and process enhancement.

Required Skills & Experience:

1 to 4 years of experience in Cybersecurity, SOC Operations, or Incident Response.
Strong understanding of networking concepts, infrastructure security, and system administration (Windows/Linux).
Hands-on experience with one or more SIEM tools such as Splunk, QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel, LogRhythm, or ArcSight.
Familiarity with AV, IDS/IPS, Firewalls, Endpoint Security, and Vulnerability Management.
Sound understanding of log sources, event analysis, and security monitoring workflows.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and presentation abilities, with the confidence to present findings to executive audiences.
Strong sense of urgency and ability to perform well under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

Relevant certifications: CEH, CompTIA Security+, CySA+, EC-Council CSA, SC-200, Splunk Certified User, or GIAC.
Experience in SOC process documentation, playbook creation, or security automation.
Exposure to Threat Hunting or Threat Intelligence Platforms.
