Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform
real-time monitoring
,
analysis
, and
response
to security alerts using SIEM tools.
Identify, investigate, and remediate potential cybersecurity incidents.
Manage and maintain SOC processes and documentation.
Develop incident response playbooks and improve detection capabilities.
Collaborate with other IT and security teams to mitigate risks and implement preventive measures.
Ensure continuous 24x7 SOC coverage through rotational shifts.

Required Skills and Experience:

For SOC Administrator (Senior Role):

Minimum
5+ years of experience
in
Security Operations Center (SOC)
and
SIEM tools
.
CEH certification
required; must hold at least one of
CISA / CISSP / CISM
.
Expertise in
threat detection
,
incident response
, and
SOC management
.
Preference for candidates with
hands-on SOC experience
(not just SOC audit exposure).

For SOC Engineer (24x7 Role):

Minimum
2+ years of experience
in
SOC or SIEM operations
.
CEH certification
mandatory.
Strong understanding of
incident handling
,
threat monitoring
, and
alert triaging
.
Ability to work in
24x7 rotational shifts
.

Technical Expertise:

SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight, LogRhythm)
Incident handling and escalation management
Cyber threat analysis and vulnerability management
Network and endpoint security fundamentals
Log analysis and forensic investigation basics

Certifications (Mandatory/Preferred):

Mandatory:
CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
Preferred:
CISA, CISSP, CISM

*Malayalam Language is Mandatory
