What You ll Do

• Develop and maintain

  front-end applications

  using

  React.js

  with a focus on responsiveness and performance.
• Design and fine-tune

  data pipelines, transformations, and queries

  in

  Snowflake

  to enable business intelligence and reporting.
• Build

  backend APIs, services, and automation workflows

  with

  Python

  and

  SQL

  , ensuring seamless integration with both internal systems and external partners.
• Develop

  Excel-based utilities and dashboards

  with advanced features using

  VBA

  .
• Partner with product managers, analysts, and business teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and deliver reliable outcomes.
• Prioritize

  scalability, security, and performance

  in all developed solutions.
• Leverage Market Access domain knowledge to tailor technology solutions for maximum impact.
• Produce clear

  technical documentation

  (design specs, process flows, user guides) to support long-term maintainability and team knowledge sharing.

What We re Looking For

• 5 7 years

  of hands-on experience in software development.
• Technical expertise in

  React.js, Snowflake, Python, SQL, API development, and S3-based storage

  .
• Knowledge of

  VBA

  for Excel automation (preferred).
• Exposure to

  Market Access projects

  (healthcare, pharma, payer) is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with

  Agile practices

  and collaboration tools (JIRA, GitHub, DevSecOps frameworks).
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to create and maintain

  architecture diagrams, process documents, and end-user materials
