Job Role:- Snowflake Developer

Exp Range:- 3-4yrs

Job Purpose/Summary:-

Snowflake Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable data integration solutions using Snowflake and Azure Data Factory.

• Perform data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration from various structured and unstructured sources.

• Develop and optimize SQL queries to process large volumes of data efficiently and improve system performance.

• Monitor, diagnose, and troubleshoot Snowflake performance issues, recommending and implementing optimizations.

• Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions.

• Apply best practices in data quality, data governance, and security compliance.

• Write and maintain clear technical documentation for data pipelines and processes.

• Support the development and automation of ETL/ELT pipelines using ADF and Python (as needed).

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure all processes adhere to defined data standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in SQL and data warehousing concepts.

• Hands-on experience in Snowflake development, including schema design, performance tuning, and data modeling.

• Experience with Azure Data Factory for building and managing data pipelines.

• Understanding of data quality, security, and governance principles.

• Experience working with cloud-based data environments (preferably Azure).

• Familiarity with Python scripting for automation and transformation tasks.

• Snowflake certification is an added advantage.
