Snow ITOM Architect

You are an experienced Service Now ITOM Architect with over 10 years of experience in IT Operations Management Process. Your primary responsibility is to focus on building ITOM solutions, design, and development to track and manage CSDM led CMDB and ITOM process life cycle. You will be working on designing and implementing end-to-end CSDM led Configuration management lifecycle solutions. Your role also involves ensuring data integrity from both ownership and discovery standpoints, using common service data model concepts to maintain data integrity between cmdb and asset, and analyzing different CI and data sources to establish processes for maintaining data integrity. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring CMDB/ITOM Metrics, defining client issues, collaborating with process owners, and working with stakeholders to perform gap analysis and provide solutions. You will also participate in Configuration Management meetings and act as the product owner of the CMDB. Key responsibilities include: - Design and implement ITOM solutions for end-to-end CSDM led Configuration management lifecycle - Ensure data integrity from ownership and discovery standpoints - Analyze different CI and data sources to establish processes for maintaining data integrity - Monitor CMDB/ITOM Metrics and take appropriate actions to modify - Define client issues and design resolutions based on product knowledge - Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to perform gap analysis and provide solutions - Participate in Configuration Management meetings and act as the product owner of the CMDB Qualifications required: - Minimum of 10+ years of experience with CMDB/Discovery/Service Mapping/ITOM solutioning - Minimum of 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow Discovery - Strong functional knowledge and technical skills - Experience integrating with tools to federate data into the CMDB - Experience in IT Asset Management Lifecycle processes - Good interpersonal skills, including collaboration, communication, relationship building, and negotiation - Experience in XML, JSON/script language, database, and scripting capabilities such as JavaScript, jelly, SQL - Ability to discuss credentials, install a product, and discuss network connectivity/design from ITOM aspect with network engineers - Experience in ServiceNow customization and SR development - Integration experience using Graph Connector/SQL/Restful API Candidates with discovery and other ITOM certifications will be preferred.,
