SMT Process Engineer

As an experienced SMT Production Technical Support, your primary role will involve providing hands-on technical support at CM factories and customer sites. You will lead defect analysis activities, collaborating closely with CM partners to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Additionally, you will play a key role in proposing improvement initiatives, ensuring their implementation, and tracking their effectiveness. Moreover, you will be responsible for conducting research, verification, and deployment of new SMT technologies and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Provide hands-on SMT production technical support at CM factories and customer sites - Lead defect analysis activities and collaborate with CM partners to identify root causes and implement corrective actions - Propose improvement initiatives and ensure implementation, as well as track their effectiveness - Conduct research, verification, and deployment of new SMT technologies and processes Qualifications Required: - Diploma or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field - 7-10 years of relevant experience in SMT engineering or technical support roles - Strong knowledge and understanding of cellular module products and SMT manufacturing processes - Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams,
