The SMT Process Engineer will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and monitoring the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) manufacturing processes. Key tasks include analyzing production data, troubleshooting process issues, implementing continuous improvement strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality manufacturing standards. Qualifications Experience in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes and equipment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Knowledge of process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies Ability to analyze production data and implement corrective actions Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Understanding of quality control and assurance practices Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field Experience in electronics manufacturing is a plus
