Role Description

This is a full-time role for an SMT Operator, located on-site in Gurugram. The SMT Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machines, ensuring equipment is properly calibrated, and performing routine maintenance. Other tasks include monitoring the production process to ensure that products meet quality standards, troubleshooting any issues that arise during production, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications

Experience in operating SMT machines and performing routine maintenance
Knowledge of equipment calibration and troubleshooting techniques
Ability to monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols
Experience in a manufacturing or electronics environment is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are an advantage
