SMT Operator

You will be working as an SMT Operator at Delhi Ncr, a consumer services company located in New Delhi, Delhi, India. Your primary responsibility will be to set up and operate Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machines on-site in Gurugram. It will be crucial for you to ensure that the equipment is correctly calibrated and perform routine maintenance tasks. You will also play a key role in monitoring the production process to guarantee that the products meet quality standards. In the event of any issues during production, you will be expected to troubleshoot and resolve them promptly. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment will be an essential part of your daily tasks. To excel in this role, you should have experience in operating SMT machines, conducting routine maintenance, and possess knowledge of equipment calibration and troubleshooting techniques. Your attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills will be critical in ensuring smooth operations. Effective communication and teamwork will also be important as you collaborate with colleagues to meet production goals. The ability to work independently while following safety protocols is essential. Previous experience in a manufacturing or electronics environment would be advantageous. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and technical certifications are considered a plus.,
