About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience to oversee and execute our social media marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media trends, audience engagement, and driving business growth through compelling digital campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content (posts, images, videos, and stories) that resonates with our target audience.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, run, and monitor social media campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with marketing objectives and KPIs.
  • Community Engagement: Foster relationships with followers, respond to comments, messages, and engage with user-generated content to enhance community engagement.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite. Provide recommendations based on data to optimize future efforts.
  • Brand Voice: Ensure that all social media content maintains a consistent and compelling brand voice that resonates with our audience.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and leverage these insights to enhance the brands presence and strategy.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and business goals.
  • Influencer Collaborations: Collaborate with niche-specific influencers for brand promotions and outreach.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on social media marketing experience, with a portfolio or examples of past work.
  • Platform Proficiency: Expertise in managing and growing social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Content Creation: Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar to design engaging visuals and content.
  • Analytics Tools: Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) to track performance and optimize strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling copy that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Creativity: A creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh, unique ideas and execute them effectively.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Paid Social Media Ads: Experience with paid advertising on social media platforms, including ad creation, targeting, and optimization.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in e-commerce and tech is a plus.
  • Photography/Video: Basic photography and video editing skills (using tools like iMovie, Premiere Pro, etc.) are a bonus.
