SMO Analyst

Develop and implement marketing activities for all digital channels, including social media.

· Respond to the customer comments and enquiries efficiently.

· Engaging existing users in social media.

· Build and nurture social media platform-specific communities and audiences.

· Provide recommendations and execute strategies for social growth.

· Generate results through Performance Marketing campaigns in Meta/Google, etc.

Requirements

· Keep pace with social media trends, algorithm changes, and internet marketing industry trends and developments.

· Communication with team, clients, and management on project development, strategies, and results.

· Monitor and evaluate social media analytics and performance.

· Research and administer social media tools in support of clients' social media strategy.

· Understanding and exposure to marketing video shoots and video script & shoot planning

What do we expect from you?

· Ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.

· Up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

· Prior experience in social media marketing, social media growth, and performance marketing campaigns would also be an advantage.

· Bachelor's / Master’s degree.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
