As a Job Poster, your primary responsibility will involve writing and sharing job openings across various platforms. You will be required to source and screen potential candidates by reviewing applications from job sites, social media platforms, and referrals. Collaborating closely with Hiring Managers and Regional Recruiters, you will discuss job requirements, the selection process, and ensure they are kept informed of progress. Conducting candidate assessments through interviews and assisting in determining the best fit for the role will be a key part of your role. You will also be responsible for managing a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings and guiding candidates through the recruitment process, providing them with timely updates. Additionally, you will work with the HR department to create and send job offers, monitor the hiring progress, maintain records, and assist in employer branding activities to showcase the company culture and attract top talent. Compliance with all hiring laws and company policies will also be essential in this role.
