What Were Looking For: Education: Any graduate or postgraduate (Science background preferred) Experience: 4 years in healthcare domain & coding-related roles Certification: Certified Professional Coder (CPC) is a must Skillset: HB Coding, IP Coding, Multispecialty Coding Roles & Responsibilities: Code IP & multispecialty charts with high accuracy Lead, guide, and support frontline teams including SMEs, producers, and operators Monitor and manage day-to-day performance to meet CPI and KPI targets Coordinate with operations leadership to meet organizational goals Identify areas for process improvement and client satisfaction Drive quality, productivity, and efficiency improvements Participate in operational meetings and develop action plans Maintain high service quality and client relationship standards Required Skills: Excellent leadership and team management abilities Proficient in healthcare software systems and reporting tools Strong verbal, written communication & conflict resolution skills Capable of driving cross-functional process improvements Strong financial acumen and understanding of cost-benefit analysis Proven track record of coaching and mentoring teams Ability to manage workload under pressure and during peak periods Apply Now!
